The Membership Assembly
The membership assembly is the highest instrument of the Association. A membership assembly takes place at least once a year, usually in connection with a specialist seminar organised by the Association. The membership assembly makes the final decision in all matters that are laid before it.
The membership assembly decides upon matters such as determining or altering the constitution statutes, election and de-selection of the Associations executive committee members and acceptance of the business and annual reports. A fair and just distribution of voting rights (see Constitution) ensures democratic decisions.
